Every Child Matters Orders

Due to the high demand of Orange Shirts, processing can take up to 7-10 business days before your order is shipped. All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless local pickup is selected. Local pickup orders are still subject to 7-10 business day processing time, you will be contacted once your order is ready for pickup at 300 Alpine Way #100, Headingley, Manitoba.


Custom Store Portals

Custom Store Portals allow your company or team members to place orders as individuals instead of needing to manage a bulk order on your end. Each individual order placed will need to be paid during checkout, no quantity discounts are available. Custom Store Portals require an order cut off date, once the cut off has been reached, all portal orders will then be processed, decorated, and shipped. Typical processing and decorating time is 7-10 business days


Cheque Returns / NSF

In the event Dreamcatcher Promotions receives a returned cheque, the purchaser will be assessed a $40 NSF fee and will need to resubmit payment.



A minimum 50% deposit is required on all orders. Orders will go into production once payment has been received, Orange Shirt Day orders require full payment prior to production. Remaining balance on orders will be net 30 day terms. Dreamcatcher Promotions reserves the right to hold orders if account is in arrears. An interest rate of 18% per annum will apply for all orders over 30 days.


Shipping Delays

Customer agrees that it will not hold Dreamcatcher Promotions responsible for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers. Dreamcatcher Promotions will not be held liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.


Factory Direct Orders

Factory Direct orders placed through Dreamcatcher Promotions are the sole responsibility of the respective factories. Dreamcatcher Promotions will not be responsible for delays in production or shipping that are caused by the factories themselves. The customer accepts that Factory orders are out of the control of Dreamcatcher Promotions.


Merchandise Consistency

Dreamcatcher Promotions encourages customer to review a sample of the actual product before you order in bulk quantity. Customer understands that these samples are representative in nature. While we are very careful with the printing process, variations are unavoidable and a natural result of the printing process. By choosing to place and order with Dreamcatcher Promotions, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging.


Color Matching

Customer may supply Pantone # with each order. Customer assumes responsibility for supplying the correct pantone number and approving the correct pantone number on the supplied proof sheet. PMS colors can be matched as close as possible at no extra charge. Dreamcatcher Promotions is not responsible for products that experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at a 1:1ratio (or100%) and/or in CMYK mode.


Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise

All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier and they have left the premises of Dreamcatcher Promotions.



Orders proceed into production once artwork approval has been accepted by customer. Artwork approval is considered acknowledgment by Dreamcatcher Promotions of your offer to purchase our goods and your acceptance of our terms and conditions.  


Sales Tax

Dreamcatcher Promotions is required by law to collect all applicable provincial and local taxes for services and goods shipped. For tax exemption, we require record of Status, your order also must be shipped to an address on Treaty land.


Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once artwork is approved and an order is acknowledged, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Dreamcatcher Promotions will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request.  All cancellations must be made in writing and cancellations will be accepted only if order has not been put into production. Customers are responsible for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.


Claims, Adjustments and Returns

If you have problems with your order, please contact customer service at 1-844-504-9595 within 7 days of receipt. We encourage opening your merchandise to review its quality if you do not intend to use it right away. After this time, we will be unable to accept returns. Please have your order number available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately.


Shipping Charges

We make every effort to accurately estimate shipping fees. Periodically, we may underestimate the shipping charges on your order. Sometimes carriers may have rate fluctuations between time of quote and time of shipping. If this happens, we reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to your shipping charges. *If blind shipping is required it must be indicated on purchase order.


Site Pricing

While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time market conditions can change the price of a product. Dreamcatcher Promotions reserves the right to change published prices of product offered on our site at any time. If a published site price is not correct on an item you have quoted or ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.
